Last week saw the London launch of Le Parfait jars in a magnificently converted stable block in Farringdon. Organised by Spoon PR, it was an evening of bountiful food, drinks and preservation- a truly modern Harvest Festival.
Thanks to the combination of Le Parfait’s preserving techniques, Estelle & Vincent’s team and a trusty brigade of home-economists, we demonstrated how easy it is to prepare, store and savour some of our favourite dishes in Le Parfait’s iconic jars.
Here are some pictures of the event but check back in soon as we will be posting some recipes and ideas for preserving, not only chutneys and jams but entire dishes such as curries and steamed puddings as well.
