On the 14th of August, one of our favourite chefs, Skye Gyngell of Petersham Nurseries Cafe, is “headlining” a sumptuous al-fresco banquet for 200 people. It’s happening at Wilderness Festival, which to our knowledge is the newest addition to the festival circuit. It aims to promote food, music, theatre, literary debate and a smattering of outdoor pursuits – we look forward to finding out. From the looks of the menu below, we shall be expecting nothing less than the exquisitely tuned, seasonal food Petersham Nurseries Cafe is loved and famous for.
