The hoarding is up at 175 Westbourne Grove, the chosen site for Bill’s first London restaurant. The architects and builders have been chosen and are beavering away already. The search for staff is on… How very exciting!

With Bill looking to open the restaurant in late November, his stint as guest food writer for The Independent on Sunday well under way, his new book Bill’s Everyday Asian gracing the shelves and appearances on Saturday Kitchen and at Abergavenny Food Festival this weekend it’s a busy busy time for Bill.
