For an umami kick, add a good squeeze of Taste #5 Umami Paste and a teaspoon of sweet or smoked paprika.

1 onion
a bunch of rosemary, leaves only
bunch of sage, leaves only
3 garlic cloves
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
