The Primrose Bakery Book


We’ve been flicking through The Primrose Bakery Book in anticipation of their Brain Food event  at JOE’S next week. As it turns out, it is quite the Spoon HQ cookbook with a few of our recently spotted trends featuring here as well. Included is a recipe for Green Tea cupcakes which uses green tea Matcha powder. Another big fan of using Matcha in recipes is our very own Laura Santtini. Matcha is one of her store cupboard essentials in Flash Cooking.

Next up we spotted some love Lamingtons, which originate from Australia and are exactly what Bill Granger suggested as a sweet canape for the Australian reception held at Buckingham Palace last week. What a lovely coincidence!

Now we’re all looking forward to Brain Food next week even more!
