The Aviary Celebrates Eleven Madison Park’s Book Release

Oh that we could be in Chicago……

At the end next week Chef Grant Achatz will welcome Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara to The Aviary with a cocktail party to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook. Eleven Madison Park is one of New York City’s most popular fine-dining establishments, and one of only a handful to receive four stars from the New York Times. The book is a sumptuous tribute to the unforgettable experience of dining in the restaurant. It features more than 125 recipes, arranged by season, adapted for the home cook and accompanied by stunning full-color photographs by Francesco Tonelli.

Taking place on Sunday, November 13, 2011, there will be two, two-hour events. The first from 6pm-8pm and the second from 9pm-11pm. Tickets are priced at $150 each and will include access to one of the events, a signed copy of the book, passed hors d’oeuvres created by the Eleven Madison Park kitchen team and cocktails from The Aviary. Attendees will also have the chance to meet and mingle with Daniel, Grant, and Will. Tickets will be sold on a first request basis. To check availability email elevenmadisonpark@theaviary.com
