This Saturday morning Rosie Hogg (@Rosie_Hogg) will be cooking four seasonal and sumptious recipes from Maria Elia’s new cookbook, Full of Flavour at Books for Cooks (Jerusalem Artichoke and Chestnut soup, Italian Sausage and Cabbage Risotto, Carrot and Herb Salad and Orange and Rosemary Biscotti). The demonstration will last 2 hours and, at the end of the class, attendees will have the chance to taste each dish.
