L’Astrance with Mark of Marque

We converged in Paris, some jet-lagged, others time & date adjusted. Expectant.

I shared a table with Australia’s Mark Best (of http://www.marquerestaurant.com.au), his wife Valerie (knock-out red leather coat), Matt Germanchiss who will be the head chef at soon to open The Pei Modern (Melbourne) & business partner David.

L’Astrance emptied my purse but was one of those wonderful meals where it felt 260 Euros-worth-it.
