Modernist Cuisine authors Nathan Myhrvold, Maxime Bilet and Chris Young will be appearing at MadridFusion, one of Europe’s biggest and most successful trade shows for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Nathan, Maxime and Chris are appearing in the auditorium at 1pm on Wednesday 25th January to join an hour long talk and discussion titled ‘Foundations of the latest scientific revolution’ which is presented by chef Andoni Luis Adúriz.
MadridFusion begins today and lasts until the 5th February with a packed schedule of events featuring masterclasses and talks from a selection of very exciting names. Some other highlights are a pop-up restaurant hosted by Nuno Mendes and a talk with Heston Blumenthal.
