EDIBLE is based on the future of food and looks at each individual’s power as an eater. Each meal time we make choices which shape and change the culinary-agro ecosystem and are therefore each a powerful agent of selection. EDIBLE interrogates the emerging biotechnologies, innovative food cultures and novel culinary practices that are changing the way we eat.
The exhibition will run from the 10th February until the 6th April with Scott making an appearance pre-opening and feature prints from Modernist Cuisine.
