Petersham Nurseries to welcome Greg Malouf

Back in 2004, shortly after it had been transformed by the current owners Gael & Francesco Boglione, we started working with Petersham Nurseries nearRichmond. Over the next 6 years we saw the shop and restaurant flourish alongside the flowers. It is exciting therefore to be asked to work with them again on the next stage of their journey as they prepare for Greg Malouf to join them as head chef of Petersham Nurseries Cafe.

Australian by birth but widely regarded as a master of Middle Eastern cuisine, Greg is the head chef of Momo restaurant in Melbourne (recipient of two hats from The Age Good Food Guide) which will close at the end of March. Immediately following this Greg will be joining Petersham Nurseries for the spring and summer.

Once we have sight of Greg`s first menu and an understanding of his plans for the restaurant we will share this. In the meantime, we have been assured that Greg will be upholding the Petersham ethos of relaxed, highly seasonal dining in a beautiful and casual environment.
