Postrivoro is a new concept for staging talented chefs and celebrating the future stars of international cuisine.
Far from just your average supper club, Postrivoro has its own philosophy and a deep connection with the Slow Food movement and local producers from the Emilia Romagna region.
Founder Enrico Vignoli explains “Postrivoro is a way to interpret whatever the local territory of Faenza has to offer through the eyes of a chef rising to the stars. Produce and chefs are equal protagonist”.
Postrivoro is open for lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays only, with one table that can accommodate 20 guests.
Drinks will be paired for every lunch and dinner by a member of the Postrivoro team.
Postrivoro is located in Faenza, in the province of Ravenna, Emilia Romagna.
