Modernist Cuisine wins an IACP award

Congratulations to the Modernist Cuisine team who received the news yesterday that they have won a  pres­ti­gious book award from the International Association of Culinary Professionals, in the cat­e­gory of pro­fes­sional kitchen books.

Along with this great honour the team were also recognised by the IACP for their forward thinking design, winning the design category and the newly established ‘Visionary Achievement’ which recognises excellent execution in culinary publishing.

Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet collected the prizes on behalf of the team at the event in New York yesterday.
