A Daily Dusting

Our current obsession with Laura Santtini’s Taste #5 Umami Dust has reached new heights, we seem to be giving almost every meal ‘a dusting’.  Today it was a breakfast of quail’s eggs served with a little salt and a sprinkling of Taste # 5 Dust.
