Bill Granger brought an “Easy” approach to food at the Big Feastival

Last Sunday we had an amazing time at The Big Feastival, presented by Jamie Oliver. It was a wonderful day combining food from some of the country’s best chefs with a top selection of live music acts.

Bill Granger was the first chef to showcase at The Big Kitchen tent. He suggested two simple, quick and delicious ideas taken from his latest book – EASY- launched at the same time as the event. He shared tips of how to combine simple ingredients, in easy recipes to make delicious meals

After his showcase, it was almost impossible to resist the temptation to buy his book (and get a signed copy!). The book embraces a relaxed approach to good food with 100 stress-free recipes inspired by everyday ingredients. The recipes all have the aim of being as easy as possible, so are perfect for after a busy day at work.

As Bill said on Sunday “Easy is possible”.
