A Veuve Clicquot Winter Feast by Magnus Nilsson

Last week we followed chef-sommelier Magnus Nilsson of Fäviken Magasinet to the home of Veuve Clicquot, the private mansion Hôtel du Marc in Reims. There we watched in awe as he prepared a winter feast.

Magnus’s trip was caught on camera and made into a short (2 minute) document which has been posted here.

The magnificent Georgia Glynn-Smith was also on hand to capture stills of the experience. A selection of which can be seen in the gallery below.
