MCAH wins an IACP award

We are delighted to announce that the Modernist Cuisine team won a  prestigious book award from the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP).

After winning three IACP awards last year with Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking, their book – Modernist Cuisine at Home – is now the 2013 winner of the International Association of Culinary Professionals cookbook award for the Food & Beverage Reference/Technical category.
