The baking focused show allows the public to learn new skills and techniques whilst hearing top tips from TV bakers and food writers.  There will also be stores selling all different types of baking equipment and of course, cakes!

Other stars on the bill for the three day event include GBBO favourites Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry along with other TV stars Eric Lanyard and Lisa Faulkner. Many of the line up will be demonstrating how to bake one of their favourite dishes, appearing on the interview stage or taking part in a book signing.

Leila Lindholm will be doing all the above on the afternoon of Sunday 26th October, starting with a no-heat masterclass at 12 noon, demonstrating her silky vegan chocolate mousse pie. She’ll be appearing on the interview stage at 3.45pm and then will go straight on to a book signing.

If you’d like to join us on the Sunday and meet Leila, tickets for all days and various afternoon tea packages are available from the Bakes and Cakes website. Enter WAIT when purchasing your ticket to claim 15% off.
